Who’s Who & What’s Changing

Two of Alden’s experienced leaders are stepping into these new roles to lead these teams:

Carol Ferris, driving Customer Support: The goal for the  Customer Support team is to ensure our  clients have a complete understanding of the software, so they can take full advantage of every capability and get the maximum value from their Alden ONE experience.
